- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Defective or Mismatched Products: If the product is defective, incomplete, or does not match the description on our website, please contact our customer service email at support@hidalife.com to initiate the return or refund process.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are required to pay only one shipping fee (including return). No restocking fee will be charged for returning products.
- If shipping was free at the time of purchase, customers will be informed of the return shipping cost, which may be estimated based on our own shipping costs.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and within a certain number of days, the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method.
